2500 Peachtree is a stately, large oblong building in Buckhead. It is done up in a two color manner. Mainly it is a muted yellow, with blued balconies. It doesn’t have towers, nor spires, but either end is slightly taller and more ornate than the breadth in between.
Prices at the top of this classy and prestigious looking building are up there. #902 has a full 4 bedrooms, and runs just under $13Mil. Lower is cheaper here, at 2500 Peachtree but the prices change in an orderly manner. The fifth floor is a low-high at $2.3 Mil, whereas the third floor has condos for only $1.9Mil. Down on the second floor you can live for under $1Mil and not have to tote your groceries….but when you’re at the bottom maybe you do carry your own, and maybe when you are at the top, you naturally don’t.
